Each bundle includes a combination of prenatal preparation, early postpartum support, and follow-up visits, tailored to your family and feeding goals.
Continuing Care Bundles are optional and intended for families who value relationship-based, steady support alongside individual visits and free community offerings.

Erica Manners, RPN, BScN, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist

Erica Manners is a Registered Practical Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, supporting families with compassionate, evidence-based lactation, newborn, and postpartum care.

With five years of hospital-based experience in maternal–infant care, Erica now brings her work into the community through in-home and virtual appointments across the Niagara Region. Her approach is family-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in clinical experience, with a focus on practical, hands-on support that helps parents feel calmer, more confident, and supported during the early weeks.
