Erica Manners, RN, IBCLC
Erica is a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant supporting families through breastfeeding, pumping, and newborn feeding challenges.
With a background in hospital-based maternal–infant care, she now offers in-home and virtual lactation consults across the Niagara Region. Erica provides calm, hands-on, evidence-based support for latch and positioning, milk supply concerns, bottle feeding, and complex feeding journeys.
Her approach is family-centred and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping parents feel confident, supported, and cared for during the early weeks and beyond.
